CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window Clients may cancel their service reservation or booking without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date and time. 2. Late Cancellation Fee Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. 3. No-Show Policy Failure to attend the scheduled service without prior cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost. 4. Refund Processing Cancellations within the 24-hour window: Full refund processed within 5–7 business days Cancellations with applicable fee: Refund of remaining balance (75%) processed within 5–7 business days 5. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment once without penalty, provided the new date also allows for the 48-hour cancellation window. 6. Exceptions Emergency situations (medical, natural disasters) may be considered for fee waivers at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss. 7. Agreement By booking our services, clients acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms. **Failure to comply with these policies may result in cancellation of bookings and restriction from future reservations. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. 8. Data Sharing • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes. • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data. Truly Regal Messaging Terms and Conditions 1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. 2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
